Sizing Issues:
We publish a detailed size chart on our product page with exact measurements and breed examples. Please measure your dog carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
If your item arrives and is clearly different from what was described on our size chart, contact us with a photo and your dog's measurements and we'll find the best resolution.
